Madzikane II Thandisizwe Diko has died Contralesa confirmed. Madzikane II Thandisizwe was the husband to the Suspended Spokesperson in the Presidency Khusela Diko. The embattled king of Amabhaca nation passed on Sunday night at Hospital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thandisizwe Diko was involved in the PPE corruption scandal. Royal Bhaca Projects owned by Khusela Diko’s husband was awarded a R125-million tender to supply personal protective equipment (PPE) to the Gauteng health department. The scandal resulted in Gauteng health MEC Bandile Masuku a close friend of the Dikos getting fired. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 125 million tender was since cancelled, however a company called Ledla Structural Development received more than R38 million from the department of Health in Gauteng. It alleged that Ledla Structural Development holds a proxy for Royal Bhaca Projects, which was owned by the late Madzikane II Thandisizwe. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
